Mr. Kittelson is the former assistant general counsel of Independent American Real Estate and former general counsel of Dallas Gas & Electric. This involves weekly, if not daily, communication with senior management in handling and resolving all legal matters as quickly and efficiently as possible. Typical duties include review of routine corporate contracts, contract management and negotiation, lawsuit management, and management of outside counsel. This representation may be done on an hourly basis or monthly retainer.
